Virtual. Hybrid. Live. Event options to suit everyone.

A graphic showing virtual, hybrid and live options

As some states are fortunate to open their venue doors, we are seeing a welcome return to live in-person events. However, for Victorians and businesses with multiple offices around the nation, the idea of hosting a live event seems impossible- but fear not! As all industries have had to adjust to ‘the new normal’, the event industry has become well-versed in a range of alternative options to traditional events. Have a read and find the solution that is a perfect fit for your next event:

Virtual Events

Virtual events allow businesses to deliver key messages to their teams using online meeting and event platforms (such as Zoom). Speakers are able to tailor their presentation to suit your brief, whether it be a keynote presentation, workshop with your leadership team or casual Q&A session with your staff members. As an added bonus, clients save on travel costs, meaning literally thousands of speakers from around the globe are available to make an impact at your next event.

Live Events

Travel / Border restrictions are proving difficult for interstate talent to attend in-person events. Luckily, ICMI proudly represent incredible speakers in every state and is the only speaker’s bureau with offices in each state. Our consultants are knowledgeable about the local market and can confidently recommend local talent for your live conference / event.

Hybrid Events

Hybrid events offer a combination of live and virtual offerings. This is the perfect option for companies with multiple offices across the country. A hybrid event allows delegates located within the state to attend in-person, whilst delegates who are unable to attend (for example due to travel restrictions) are able to attend and participate virtually.
