Gary varied his presentation and facilitation style throughout the day according to the topic and the point in time. He was able to engender an atmosphere of trust through his personal style, using a range of mechanisms including humour, magic, and personal anecdotes where appropriate, and a very accessible, engaging communication style. He moved the diverse staff group through information, discussion and workshop sessions very competently, breaking the process down into appropriate chunks to enable the staff to feel fully involved.
