Toby was thoroughly professional, and even though we booked him at the 11th hour, he ensured that he was fully briefed by both our company (the event managers) and our clients (Australia Post) as to what was required of him. At all times he maintained the perfect balance between a professional "businesslike" approach, and being entertaining enough to make the delegates feel comfortable. He also had a very good sense of making sure everything ran to time (very important at an event!) and politely and professionally ended each speaker session, particularly when it looked like they might run overtime.
