We recently used Adam for an online wellness session to help support our broker clients and staff who obviously felt some significant challenges in 2020 like everyone. We thought we could add some real value by getting a professional speaker to talk us through some of their own experiences on how they have overcome adversity, adapted to change and different situations, and most importantly the importance of self-care and looking after yourself proactively. Adam could not have fitted the bill for the above any better – his engaging, open and genuine account of his own challenges and experiences, from both an individual and group level, was hugely well received and not only highly relevant to our theme, but also stood out as a great point of difference for us overall.

Adam’s presentation to the boys as part of the Year 9 ‘Character Development’ programme was thoroughly engaging and ‘pitched’ at just the right level. His message about building resilience was very clear and left the boys with some effective strategies that they can apply to many different situations in their lives. Boys learn most effectively through storytelling and Adam was able to encapsulate these messages into an interesting narrative that went beyond his highly successful career in AFL football.
