Roger Rasheed

Roger Rasheed is a highly respected International Tennis, Business and Life Performance Coach.

His sporting career commenced as a footballer before tennis took over at the age of 15, suddenly ending at the age of 22 due to major spinal issues.

During his career he has coached and mentored elite, global tennis stars and acted as a consultant to many international sporting athletes, teams and coaches from around the globe in many codes of sport.

Roger’s elite high performance brand has seen him naturally cross over into the business sector where he works with global CEO’s, high level management and their teams, to drive connectivity and performance between the brand, employees and the consumer.

His philanthropic foundation, the Roger Rasheed Sports Foundation established in 2011, has a vision to “use sport as a medicine to save lives”, for children in extreme disadvantaged communities.

Roger has life experiences across all elements, from extreme vulnerability to extreme opportunities. His story is compelling and his ability to lead and get the most from others comes naturally to him.

Roger Rasheed is most well known as the tennis coach of Lleyton Hewitt from 2003 until 2007.
Rasheed has also coached french ace Gael Monfils and is the current coach of fellow Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
As a tennis player, Rasheed reached number 192 in the ATP rankings.
After retirement from tennis, Rasheed entered the business world and established a fitness operation as part of a franchise throughout South Australia.
Rasheed is a much respected tennis commentator for Channel 7's coverage of the Australian Open.
